EUCLID Report Of Activities And Implementation To

EUCLID has published its Communication on Progress (COP) to the UN Global Compact Secretariat for 2014-2016 (also covers PMRE).

EUCLID’S CHARTER REGISTRATION AND PUBLICATION WITH THE UNITED NATIONS

According the Article 102 of the Charter of the United Nations:

"Every treaty and every international agreement entered into by any Member of the United Nations after the present Charter comes into force shall as soon as possible be registered with the Secretariat and published by it. No party to any such treaty or international agreement which has not been registered in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Article may invoke that treaty or agreement before any organ of the United Nations."

Accordingly, EUCLID's intergovernmental charter was registered and published by the United Nations Secretariat, with the approval of the registered Participating Parties, with registration reference I-49006 and I-49007.
